With over 20 years of experience in teaching, specializing in geography and environmental management, I amconfident in my ability to contribute effectively to making the geography subject effective and well understood.
Currently, I am working as an educator at Inventure Academy in Bangalore, a NEASC accredited school
renowned for its commitment to providing a holistic and rigorous education. Over the course of my
career, I have taught diverse age groups and abilities, allowing me to adapt my instructional methods
to meet the unique needs of each student. By utilizing differentiated instruction techniques, I have
successfully fostered intrinsic motivation and critical thinking skills among my students.
I am proud to mention that I have spent eight years working in an international residential school,
where I had the opportunity to interact with students from various cultural backgrounds. This
experience has not only enhanced my cross-cultural understanding but also enriched my ability to
create inclusive learning environments that celebrate diversity.  In terms of my educational background, I completed my schooling at Loreto Kolkata, a prestigious
convent school known for its academic excellence. I pursued my post-graduation from the University
of Madras, and I also attended part-time classes at Indian Management school and research centre to enhance my knowledge in the field
of education and pursue my research skills to write a paper regarding developing a GIS-based analytical framework for evaluating the spatial effectiveness of carbon offset projects. Moreover, I am a Cambridge-trained educator, and my training has equipped me with
the skills necessary to deliver high-quality education and achieve commendable results.
As an educator, I believe in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment where students
feel empowered to explore their interests, think critically, and become lifelong learners. My passion
for teaching, combined with my ability to establish meaningful connections with students, allows me
to foster a positive classroom atmosphere conducive to both academic and personal growth.
